Rice Vibrating Cleaning Sieve Used in Rice Cleaning Process

 TQLZ Rice Vibrating Cleaning Sieve is used in rice cleaning process. It is driven two vibratory motors. Make the self balance to and fro vibration. It can be used in Cleaning stages for Grain warehouse, mills, feed grain process factory & oil factory to remove impurities and barnyard grass from paddy, wheat, corn & sunflower seeds.
TQLZ Rice Vibrating Cleaning Sieve has the follow two functions:
1） Used for clean grain
1. Make preliminary clean on grains;
2. Adjustable stokes and throw angles;
2）Used for classification of brown rice and granule
1. Effectively prevent blockage of the sieve holes from rice;
2. Chaff is sucked by the vertical air sucker to reduce temperature of rice .
