(1) Crashing 
Crashing is one of the movement of brown rice movement in the milling room. The crushing includes rice and rice crushing, rice and roller crushing, rice and rice sieve crashing. Different crushing have different function.

(2) Whitening Pressure
The pressure in the milling room on the brown rice is called whitening pressure. The whitening pressure can be classified into two kind: friction pressure and griding pressure. Different milling style has different whitening pressure.

(3) Roll Over
When the brown rice crashes in the milling room, rice turning over and rice rolling are at the same time. Rice rolling over movement need to be controlled, increasing milled rice rate.

(4) The axial transport
The axial transport makes sure rice whitening movement in continuous. In different section of rice milling room, the speed of axial transport is different. The high speed section rice whitening degree is small, and the low speed section rice whitening milling degree is big.
